OWNERSHIP INTELLIGENCE
Your property. Your people. A more informed plan.

Practical proptech supports the work: organizing what matters, comparing options consistently and making the next step easier. The purpose is a better ownership experience, guided by a relationship with you.

Look beyond the headline price. Use these starting estimates to prepare for a conversation, then replace assumptions with actual quotes and review them with Nana.
Illustrative starting values, not local averages or a lending offer. Calculations stay in your browser. Results exclude taxes on a sale and do not assess loan eligibility or investment suitability.
What could ownership cost each month?
Fixed-rate principal and interest, plus your entered costs. Excludes closing costs, moving, flood insurance unless included above, and any other property-specific charges.
Prepare for your first purchase →What might be left after the sale?
Enter your own negotiated and quoted costs. No commission rate is assumed. Estimate excludes income taxes, moving and your next purchase. Settlement figures may differ.

A NOTE FROM NANA
Home is where your story takes root.
I was raised in the United Kingdom, and my work has taken me from Northern Virginia and Washington, DC to Accra and Portugal. Wherever I go, I notice the same thing: people do not just buy houses. They choose the mornings they will wake up to, the streets their children will walk and the trees they will watch change with the seasons.
That is why I love this work. I help families buy and sell across Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, I guide people moving here from other states and other countries, and I help businesses, congregations and investors find commercial property and land.
Whether your move is ten miles or ten time zones, you will have one advisor beside you from the first conversation to the keys.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Think one step further.
Useful perspectives for the decisions that sit behind a move, a purchase or a family conversation.
LUXURY & DISTINCTIVE PROPERTY
A significant property. A very personal decision.
A larger home, a custom build or a property with distinctive features calls for careful preparation. Consider its market position, presentation, privacy, running costs and the life you want next.
Greater Fredericksburg, with wider reach. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, Nana can connect your regional property plans with a move across jurisdictions.
LOCAL ROOTS. GLOBAL LIFE.
The places that shaped how I work.

A CROSS-BORDER STORY
From Virginia to the vineyards of Melgaço.
In May 2025 I visited the São Lourenço development in Melgaço, in Portugal’s Alto Minho region near the Spanish border, while supporting a client with her apartment purchase.
Melgaço is known for its medieval heritage, its Alvarinho vineyards and its closeness to the Peneda-Gerês National Park.
I connected my client with a trusted local agent, and her purchase is progressing toward closing in 2027.
COMMUNITY
A neighborhood is its people.
When I am not helping families move, you will often find me with my sleeves rolled up, serving meals alongside neighbors. The places we call home are only as strong as the people who look after them.

Nana Noi was truly exceptional. She was not only our realtor, but a trusted advisor and a skilled price negotiator throughout the entire process.
“She knew exactly when to offer thoughtful guidance and when to push on our behalf, always keeping our best interests front and center.”
On closing day, she welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet—the first sweet scent of our first home. Seven months later, that fragrance still lingers.
Nana is one of those agents you wished you had when you bought your first home.
